Pete was prepared from day one with comparables, info about the process, marketing plan and his involvement. His assistant, Samantha Trout was superb, professional and between them they kept us up to date on all phases of our transaction. They offered alternatives when appropriate and we would strongly recommend them as a great listing/sales team.

Pete knows the Perdido Key market and his clients benefit from that knowledge. Sam Trout made the process from contract to closing go smoothly while dealing with a million other things. Jenn and Caroline stepped in to help along the way. The team was able to get us and our contractors in to measure several times during high season! No small feat. Great team! We love our new condo!
