Pete knows the Perdido Key market and his clients benefit from that knowledge. Sam Trout made the process from contract to closing go smoothly while dealing with a million other things. Jenn and Caroline stepped in to help along the way. The team was able to get us and our contractors in to measure several times during high season! No small feat. Great team! We love our new condo!

Pete King he was very helpful from the beginning in getting information updates to us of the type of listings that were available in the area. He is very knowledgeable of Perdido Key and surrounding areas. When we were in the area, he showed us a variety of choices in order to find what we wanted. Pete and his associate Samantha, were a great help in our final decision and purchase. We highly recommend Pete as a realtor to contact for sale or purchase of property.

I have used Pete twice. He sold a condo for me at Perdido Skye in 2012 during a depressed market. Although tiring, Pete did the best an agent/broker can do to finally get the unit closed.I used Pete again to buy a unit at Palacio. Pete has always been a true real estate professional

Pete was prepared from day one with comparables, info about the process, marketing plan and his involvement. His assistant, Samantha Trout was superb, professional and between them they kept us up to date on all phases of our transaction. They offered alternatives when appropriate and we would strongly recommend them as a great listing/sales team.

Pete King is very professional and supported by an outstanding staff. I listed with Pete because a dear friend, Sandy Smith, had just been licensed and he was mentoring her and she thinks very highly of him. Pete did not actually sell my property but one of his associates did.
